Filament controller which consists of a cast-iron (?) cylindrical shell with a turning knob and pointer and a scale on the top; the shell is hollow and inside is a transformer / power unit; there are three screw holes on the bottom of the shell which would have allowed it to be attached to something.
Top of controller has a scale from 0-50 and reads, "Filament Controller Volts 110 A.C. Cycles 50 60 No. 6580 Victor Trade Mark Reg. U.S. Pat. Off."
