Prostatic cautery punch, consisting of (a) needle in a long, angular handle that can hold a syringe; (b) straight sheath with a slight curve near a tapered, blunt tip; (c) punch tube, sharp, hollow at tip, small handle at 90° to tube, short cord, and has a heated cutting edge; (d) obturator; (e) aspirating bulb and nozzle; (f) stylet (?), a long, straight wire with a loop at one end and threaded at the other; (g) a brown, cloth-covered cord; one end has two contacts for a battery, and the other end fits to (i); (h) stylet (?), a long, straight wire with a loop at one end and threaded at the other; (i) light bulb and swinging lens, fits to cord (g) and light holder on (b); (j) black rubber (?) cord; (k) brown wooden case, crude and lightweight; a few pieces of wood are nailed into the bottom as compartments.
