Rectangular protective instrument pocket consisting of one continuous piece of green cotton fabric; the bottom half is folded double and sewn to form pockets of various sizes; the top half is a single thickness so that it can be folded over instruments in the pockets; the tops of the pockets and all of the edges except the bottom are hemmed; two rectangular white tag labels are sewn into the upper left hand corner.
