BOX 959 MONTREAL 3, CANADA"; a circular six-cent postage stamp is printed on the far right corner with the words "CANADA - POSTAGE - MONTREAL - POSTES" encircling the words "6 CENTS 5661"; approximately one-third of the postage label has a green-and-white decorative design resembling the shapes of graduated cylinders and beakers; printed on opposite side of box lid are the words, "SPECIALITES PHARMACEUTIQUES" and "PHARMACEUTICALS" with the company logo (see accession sheet for sketch) adjacent; the logo is small and circular with etched edges; it has a black background with a white handwritten letter "H" in the centre; the words "FRANK W.
