Sample packet of Triquilar oral birth control tablets, consisting of (a) outer cover, (b) blister pack containing 21 tablets and (c) a printed information sheet; the outer cover is made of printed paper to form an envelope with an opening at the right side; the front and back of the cover have printed information on them; housed inside the cover is (b) a blister pack containing 6 brown, 5 white and 10 yellow birth control tablets; the packet has a clear plastic front with 21 bubble pockets to house the pills; a piece of foil seals the front and creates a back for the packet; the foil has numbers and information printed on its outer side; an information sheet (c) is also housed in the cover; the sheet consists of a folded rectangular piece of paper with printed information on the front and back sides.
