Bottle is sealed and unopened; cardboard box is also sealed and unopened; paper wrapper/label is complete and still sealed; there is some minor wear at the corners and three tears in the paper at the left side; pressure-sensitive tape (Scotch) has been used in three places to hold the paper wrapper in place or repair tears
