Cystoscope or prostatic knife punch in a wooden case (l), consisting of (a) multiple needle electrode; (b) hollow knife cover with a rounded tip, fits (d) and (h); (c) sheath with angular near tip, lit on convexity; (d) knife with hollow shaft, near end with squarish plate; (e) electrode carrier; (f) obturator with bevelled solid tip and hexagonal handle; (g) electrode carrier (?); (h) knife with hollow shaft and squarish plate at near end; (i) lead covered in soft red rubber, one end with two contacts and the other end fitting (c); (j) missing? or perhaps a small metal fitting to insert into valve of (c); (k) lead covered in purple weave, one end fitting into (c), the other end with two contacts.
