Prostatic cautery punch, consisting of (a) needle in a long, angular handle that can hold a syringe; (b) straight sheath with a slight curve near a tapered, blunt tip; (c) punch tube, sharp, hollow at tip, small handle at 90° to tube, short cord, and has a heated cutting edge; (d) obturator; (e) aspirating bulb and nozzle; (f) stylet (?), a long, straight wire with a loop at one end and threaded at the other; (g) a brown, cloth-covered cord; one end has two contacts for a battery, and the other end fits to (i); (h) stylet (?), a long, straight wire with a loop at one end and threaded at the other; (i) light bulb and swinging lens, fits to cord (g) and light holder on (b); (j) black rubber (?) cord; (k) brown wooden case, crude and lightweight; a few pieces of wood are nailed into the bottom as compartments.

An infusion pump contained in an olive green metal box mounted on four grey rubber feet; box is
rectangular and has vents on each of the short sides; front side of box has pale metal label bolted
on which displays a number grid; top of box has a white plastic toggle with red light window in
its middle located on left edge; two more pale grey labels bolted on top, both at the front -- one
with product information, the other with a single row of numbers; black circular handle screws on
to a raised mount at left side; mount has wide flat metal "plank" which runs perpendicular to the
long side; the mount can be moved along a track in the centre of the box; two circular-shaped
clips are mounted at the other end of the track on a white metal surface; grey rubberized conducting
cord with black plug is attached to the rear

Inside of machine covered with heavy deposit of dust and grime; two chips on top surface 6 cm and 12 cm from front edge and 14 cm from right edge (from movement of syringes); chipped areas have rusted, so has the front edge of the box, and dark areas on syringe clips where white metal has pulled away from base metal underneath; more rust spots visible along front edge of white metal base that holds syringe clips; #2: rubber requires special treatment.
