Rectangular navy textured vinyl hardcover book (a); 84 pages; front cover has a small tan sticker in the upper left corner "NUR.07", and the word "Library" printed in gold in the bottom right corner; name of the hospital and the Ontario crest on the cover in white ink, and printed the year 1966 and title "Debut"; contains information and monochrome photographs of the staff, students, graduates, etc. of the Ontario Hospital Kingston in 1966; back page includes a tan cardstock paper library sign out card in matching paper holder.

Research Facts
Ontario Hospital Kingston gained this name in 1920; before it was Rockwood Hospital. In 1965 the name changed again to Kingston Psychiatric Hospital. Since 2001, it has become part of the Providence Care Centre.
