Belonged to the donor's mother, Claire Ellen "Penny" Bennett (Mrs. C.W. Bennett), who died in 1989; she was a long-time member of the KGH Women's Aid and worked as a volunteer in the auxiliary's hospital coffee shop for 25 ears, retired in 1977.
The association adopted the name "Hospital Auxiliary Association" in 1950; Marilyn Bennett (donor).
