Taken 1 to 2 teaspoons with milk or water every morning or at bedtime. Used as an anti-oxidant, improves digestion, circulation, respiration and genital/urinary function. Treats constipation, helps vision problems. Anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antibacterial. Immunomodulating (suppresses immune system, fights infection/ disease).
