Brown cardboard laboratory test mailer for bacteriology on glass slides; two covers bound together at the spine and it looks as though it was one piece of cardboard that was folded in on itself; inside are two rectangular indents to hold two slides; front cover contains instructions, information about contents and the size of the micro slides that it can fit; back cover has a blank space for the postage stamp to be placed on and a small section to write the address to send the slides to.
