Description
Razor blade holder, which consists of a rectangular maroon plastic case that is hinged along one long side; there is a design in raised plastic on its top surface; along the other long side, the two halves of the case are joined by a double triangular clasp; there is a rectangular slot cut into the cintre of one half of a short edge of the case; a rectangular plastic pull with a semicircular grip at its end is inserted into this slot; when the case is opened, the inner two halves are revealed to have two sets of black plastic grooves, on either side of a zig-zagging groove cut into the maroon plastic; in the zig-zag groove in one half of the case, an oblong piece with two round pegs on either end is set; when the plastic pull with the grip at its end is extended, the oblong piece with the pegs runs along the groove; each inner half of the case has three slotted screws set into its surface.

Condition Remarks
The blade was in very good condition; there were no signs of corrosion, and it appeared unused; both the band and wrapper were yellowing; the wrapper also had a small hole in two of its folded corners; there was a brown deposit, 0.8 cm x 0.7 cm on the wrapper's inner surface; there were particles of dust and dirt inside the wrapper.
