Rectangular clear glass bottle with slightly sloped shoulders, tapered at long neck with decorative grey, pointed metallic stopper stuck in opening; approximately half full of murky brown liquid with heavy residue floating when bottle is moved; yellow paper manufacturer's label affixed on front side contains printed directions for use, the manufacturer's name, and imagery of a smiling young woman's head and shoulders; back of bottle affixed with two paper manufacturer's labels printed with consumer warranty and trade mark; white paper manufacturer's label surrounds neck of bottle printed with manufacturer's name.

A dental instrument roll consisting of dental tools in a leather roll up case; the roll (a) is black leather on the outside and is lined with green felt on the inside; it has a buckle to seal it in a roll; the tools included are four pairs of tooth extracting forceps; one is for lower incisors, bicuspids and roots (b) and has slightly curved handles; one is for lower molars (c) and has straight handles; one is for left upper molars (d) and has a looped handle on one side; the last is for right upper molars (e) and has a looped handle on one side; there is also a mouth mirror (f), and a pair of tweezer like forceps (g).

Dr Ralph and Mrs Olga Crawford donated their extensive Canadian dental collection to the DCF to create the museum in 1997; further donations were received while Dr Crawford was Curator Emeritus at the Dental Canada Museum until its closure in 2008; this item was donated by Dr. Norman Ironstone from Ottawa, Ontario; the molds were used by his father in his dental practice during the 1930s and 1940s.
