Off-white china bowl that is round and concave, with an open round top and slightly outwardly rounded sides that taper to a closed, flat round bottom; there are two diamond-shaped relief patterns on the outside of the bowl (on opposite sides to each other) near the outer rim; the outer rim is rounded; there is manufacturing information on the outer bottom and an adhesive tag with numbers written on it (now removed).

An adhesive tag (now removed) on the bottom of the bowl reads, "F.064"; the bottom of the bowl reads, "NEWPORT POTTERY CO [the "O" slightly superscripted and underlined] LTD // BURSLEM // ENGLAND // VITRIFIED" and has a company logo of a lion with a crown above it and a banner below it.
