Research Facts
Nancy Malloy died in active service with the Red Cross in a field hospital in Chechyna in 1996. Malloy was based in Vancouver, British Columbia and after graduating from Nursing Science (Class of 1968) in Kingston, Ontario she was a nurse, teacher and hospital administrator before settling in Vancouver in the mid-1970s to work within the hospital system in British Columbia.

Olive Cass worked at the Kingston General Hospital and Brockville General Hospital before marrying Frederick M. Cass. Mr. Cass later became a member of the Ontario Provincial Parliament.
