Description
Juice-O-Mat fruit squeezer, which consists of (a) a press, (b) a fruit holder, (c) a fruit squeezer and (d) a juice collection trough. The press (a) has an egg-shaped base and top, joined with a straight back (C-shaped from the side); a long, rounded lever on the right side raises and lowers the top; the inside of the top is concave and has a threaded hole to allow the attachment of (b) a fruit holder; this piece is round with a concave lower edge, and blunt teeth on its outer edges; the upper side is convex and has a threaded screw in the centre; below the fruit holder is (c) a fruit squeezer; this piece has a straight, solid back and sides and a rounded front; the inside has a convex dome with serrated edges and open slots at the bottom; the fruit squeezer sits on top of (d) a juice collection trough; this piece has a closed, flat bottom, straight back and sides, a rounded front and an open top; the back has a small, rounded pouring spout. Deaccessioned.
