An index manual for various sterile trays; the front and back covers are made from yellow coloured paper; on the front cover is the title and purpose of the manual, as well as the company and location in which it was produced; there are also the words "Operating Room" with a line crossed under it on the front cover; on the back cover there are various images of the inside and outside of "CASTLE HOSPITALS" in New Orleans, Toronto and Philadelphia; under each image is a brief description of what is being seen; on the inside of the manual there are many pages, including a title page and an index, but none of them are labelled with a page number; there are also varous images of sterile trays on the inside; the pages and covers are all bound together by staples; the pages on the inside consist of white paper with content and images printed in black ink.
