(a) Bottle is complete with no chips, cracks or wear; (b) metal lid shows no corrosion (c) cardboard box has two small missing sections; the two side upper flaps have come unattached and are stored in the bottom of the box; the back top flap is ripped and has been repaired with Magic tape; almost all written information (except for missing section) is clearly legible
