"This product of the Waterbury Chemical Company, of Des Moines, Iowa, was exposed in 'The Journal of the American Medical Association', October 9, 1909. In May, 1910, the United States gov't issued a notice of judgement in which it was declared that Waterbury's Metabolized Cod Liver Oil Compound was misbranded. The court rendered its decree of condemnation and forfeiture."
