Description
Dental instrument in a box with four functions in one: mouth mirror, light reflector, tongue guard and saliva ejector; the main section (a) is a hollow metal tube shaped like a question mark; top of rounded part is elongated in a curve that points upward; near the end is a slot for a mirror piece to fit into and at the end is a spring around the tube that holds the mirror piece(s) in place; at the very end is a small slotted screw in the tube which, when tightened, or loosened, changes the tension on the spring and helps to prevent it from getting lost; there is a flattened spoon shape with a short handle that curves upwards, wraps around the tube and a block of metal; a flat-headed screw with serrated edges goes through the wrap-around section of the spoon handle and the metal block, which loosens and tightens to allow repositioning of this piece; the larger of the three mirrors (b) is flat and oval-shaped with a break in the perimeter to provide a space for the spring; then an extension from the perimeter that fits into the slot in the main piece and held in place by the spring; the middle-sized mirror (c) is flat, rounded and rectangular in shape with an extension to fit into the slot on the main piece and hled in place by the spring; the smallest mirror (d) is flat and football--shaped with an extension to fit into the slot on the main piece; the box lid (e) is made of light cardboard; the box bottom (f) is made of light cardboard.
