Cronk" written in ink at the top; printed information below this reads, "Annual Banquet // of the // Aesculpian Society of Queen's University // Dec. 9th, 1914"; the Medical Yell poem appears below this; the next two pages list the menu and also have drawings; the next page lists toasts to Queen's and the Medical Faculty, Profession and Ladies; the next page lists toasts to sister universities and undergraduates; the last page lists members of committees; the publisher's name, "The Jackson Press, Kingston" appears at the bottom; the back cover has a white label stuck at the top which reads, "DR G S CRONK // MEDS 15"

Condition Remarks
The front and back covers both show signs of water staining and the red colour has bled onto the edges of the inner sheets; all pages are flexible and show no tears or missing sections; all printing is legible; the back cover has two fold marks at the right; #2: paper is bent, cracked and stained
