Overlarge tan paper nursing diploma with red paper seal and photogrpah of Kingston General Hospital; diploma certifies Abbie M. Judson as a qualified nurse by the Kingston General Hospital; the name of the hospital can be found at the top of the certificate, shaded in grey; below the title is an image of the Kingston General Hospital; below the image is the substance and content of the certificate, which outlines why the certificate was created and what purpose it serves, i.e. the certification of Abbie M. Judson as a Registered Nurse; at the bottom and center of the certificate is a red paper seal of the Kingston Hospital; to the left of the seal are seven signatures of the examiners from the Members of the Examining Board; and to the right of the seal are three other signatures: one from the Chairman and Board of Governors, one from the Medical Superintendent, and another from the Superintendent of Training School.

Monochrome sepia brown photograph of the graduating class of 1922 from the Kingston General Hospital School of Nursing; thirty nurses are outside on the front entrance steps of the original c1904 nursing residence with their backs to the doors, and looking forward at the camera; twenty-five of the nurses are sitting on the steps, divided into the first three rows; the fourth and farthest row back consists of five nurses standing; each nurse is holding their rolled diplomas with a large bouquet of red roses and ferns and dressed in their white cotton nursing uniform, which includes white cap, stocking and shoes; their caps have a black ribbon along upper edge.

One piece tan paper folded in half with decorative green border and red paper seal on a registered nurse certificate used to certify Abbie Judson as a Registered Nurse; includes: Province of Ontario coat of arms at the top center, which consists of a bear, moose and deer surrounding a shield with a cross and three golden maple leafs; at the bottom left corner is a red paper seal belonging to the Secretary for the Province of Ontario; above the seal is the certificate number; at the bottom of the certificate, there are two hand written signatures, one from the Provincial Secretary and one from the Inspector of Training Schools; these signatures authorize the power of the certificate; surrounding the content is a green border with an intricate design.
