(a) Cardboard box has flaps which open both ends; there is a cardboard insert which holds (b-d): three miniature lamps which consist of a rounded and enclosed clear glass bulb set into a brass cylindrical base; inside the lamp are two wires held apart with a white (b,c) or blue (d) glass piece.
