Catheter tray (a) is a rectangular and box-like; it has a flat bottom with three shallow bumps, 6 cm apart; the bottom is bounded on all four sides by four walls, two short and two long; the corners are rounded; a small, rounded lip runs along the top of the four sides; the cover (b) fits over the lipped, rectangular opening of (a); this rectangular cover has a thin, curved metal handle attached to the top of the cover; the edges of the cover are flat, then the metal is raised in the centre of the cover to form a curved, raised smaller rectangle; the handle is attached to the centre of this raised area at each end of the strip.

No signs of corrosion, dents or breaks; a gummy deposit partially covered the surface of cover (b); a small blue mark was also on the cover, and a small corner of a sticker clung to the edge; there were several very small, yellow patches on the surface of (b) (possible wearing of metal?); a sticky, yellow deposit was in a corner at the inner bottom of tray (a).

No signs of corrosion, dents or breaks; the inner bottom of the tray was covered with dirt particles, and tray and cover were dusty; a small yellow deposit covered a small part of the lip of the tray; there are some small scratches on the cover probably resulting from previous attempts to remove labels or tape

The jar and cover were moderately dusty; there was a substantial accretion of brownish-black matter on the cover underneath the handle; the two pieces of masking tape are deteriorating, and the top layer is lifting off; inside jar there are several small dark spots, possibly corrosion.

The jar and cover were dusty; a rectangular square patch of yellow sticker glue was deposited on the outer side of the jar; the sticker had fallen off and had been placed inside the jar; there were spots of inactive corrosion on the inside of the cannister; around the sticker glue on the outside of the jar there was evidence of prior attempts to clean in the form of small scratches on the object; similar marks appear on the jar 2 cm to the proper right of the tape glue patch; the loose sticker inside the jar is yellowed, cracked and faded.
