The front cover of the dance card has the features of the skull printed on it and the words, "Medical Dance // Nov. 14 // 1913" written at the top; the first inner page has a poem on the front and
a listed Programme of songs to be played by Arbuckle's Orchestra; the second inner page has the
word, "ENGAGEMENTS" at the top and 20 spaces to fill in names of dance partners; names have been
handwritten in, in both ink and pencil; the inside of the back cover lists the Patronesses and the
General Committee; the outside of the back cover has a paper label which reads, "DR. G.S. CRONK //
MEDS '15"
