A rubber bulb attached to a hollow cylindrical glass tube, with a hole in the top; both ends of tube inside have rubber stops with holes to match the one in the glass; nested inside this is a metal slug with a flat top and conical bottom; squeezing the ball propels the metal slug up the tube.
