Plastic identification bracelet, which consists of a single piece of flat white plastic formed into an elongated oval bracelet piece with a long, thin flat strap on the left side; the top of the bracelet has a clear plastic cover designed to hold a card onto the bracelet; the right side of the bracelet piece is rounded and has a metal fastener stud in it; the strap has 15 perforated holes that will fit over and onto the stud; a snap socket at the outer end of the strap fits over the socket after the bracelet has been fitted and fastens it in place.
