Rectangular clear glass bottle with slightly sloped shoulders and a tan cork stuck in opening; empty except for film of brown residue coating bottle's interior; tan paper label covers three bottle sides from base to shoulders; label has manufacturer's name and describes the product's benefits and directions for its use: product used as pain-killer and cure for most common illnesses, internal and external; embossed on one side is manufacturer’s name.
