Description
Ballenger's swivel septum knife, which consists of a hollow, four-sided handle that has a closed end formed into a rounded, blunt point, and flat sides with horizontal gripping grooves on the outer top and bottom edges; the handle tapers to join with a solid, cylindrical shaft that splits and flares out to form an elongated U-shaped tip that has a small, swivelling, curved blade at the top; the inside edges of the tip are flat and the outer edges are rounded.
