Sealed, blister pack sample containing 21 Demulon 30 oral birth control tablets in a plastic container; the container is made of yellow plastic and is flat with four sides and a top hinged onto the bottom at the back; the top snaps onto the bottom when the container is closed; the top and bottom of the container have information on them; a blister pack is set into the inside bottom of the container; the pack has a four-sided clear plastic top with 21 round bubble pockets to house the 21 white tablets; the corners of the pack are rounded; a piece of foil covers the bottom of the pack and seals the tablets in; there is raised printing in the centre of the pack's top.
