A piece of cardboard with twelve regularly spaced circular holes folds in half so that the holes fit over and under the cellophane-like package of pills--two holes per pill; these both fit into a narrow rectangular slot formed by the circumference of the outer rectangular jacket, which has a top flap that is detachable by tearing along a perforated line at the connecting point between the flap and the outer jacket.
