A small booklet, rectangular in shape, originally with approximately 32 pages and a front and back cover; the booklet's primary use is as an almanac with calendars, times for sunrise and sunset, and phases of the moon; included also are facts and jokes as well as advertisements for Dr. Ayer's Sarsaparilla, testimonials and other products made by Dr. Ayer. A small fabric cord is placed through a hole in the upper left-hand front corner.
