Mouth gag, which consists of two handles which are straight and rounded at the gripping ends and curve downwards at the tip; the tips have rounded side pieces at the ends that hold lips open; the two halves are joined at their centre points with a round screw knob; below this knob is a size adjustment bar which has 7 notches cut into it and allows the end pieces to be held open at a varying degree of width; the adjustment piece can be pulled down to release it from a setting.
