A metal instrument consisting of a handle with three rings for the thumb as the rear and two for the first two fingers of the hand; the thumb ring is used to push the rest of the object back and forth; extending from the handle is a long, thin, coiled wire with seven thin wires at the end that expand out, then contract in and meet to form a point where a grey plastic curved apparatus is attached.
