HARTZ Co."; as well the scale is etched on to a flat rectangular piece of metal "; an incremental scale is marked onto a metal piece as well as 1 // 2 // 3 // 4 // 5 // 6 // 7 // 8 // 9 // 10 // 11 // 12 // 13 // 14 // 15 // 16" stamped into the metal of the left side of the piece and: "5 // 10 // 15 // 20 // 25 // 30 // 35 // 40" stamped into the right side.
