The Parham Medical Clinic opened in 1968. Given to the doctors and staff of the Darham Medical Clinic by the Provincial government of Ontario to note the first anniversary of the clinic. The certificate is signed by John P. Robarts, who was the last “Prime Minister of Ontario” before the title was officially changed to Premier by his successor.
