Dental demonstration kit made for students showing gold restorations; rectangular case (a) with grey plastic covering and silver metal snap closure at front; blue felt-lined case holds silver metal model of the lower mouth (b) and upper mouth (c); white plastic teeth affixed to them with yellow wax; three partial dentures with pink plastic gums and white plastic teeth; upper (d) has curved pink gum, three molars on left, two on right, with silver strands of metal coming sideways from teeth that would attach to other teeth; upper (e) has two separate sections attached via curving silver metal strand; two molars on right side, three on left, with metal strands coming from teeth; lower (f) has two sections attached via curving metal strand; three molars in each section with metal strands coming from two of the teeth; piece of sticky yellow wax (g) used to affix teeth to models of mouth; various white plastic teeth, some with attached gold fillings, and gold caps loose in box

Dr Ralph and Mrs Olga Crawford donated their extensive Canadian dental collection to the DCF to create the museum in 1997; further donations were received while Dr Crawford was Curator Emeritus at the Dental Canada Museum until its closure in 2008; this item was donated by Mrs. L. Zimmerman from Calgary, Alberta; it was owned by her father-in-law
