Clear glass bottle that once contained Formolid Antiseptic Solution; bottle has flat sides with a seam running diagonally around the bottle; rounded shoulders lead upwards to a thin, circular neck which curves outward to form a round lip; there are two white rectangular labels on the bottle, one on the front and one on the back; the label on the front is printed on in blue ink with a red decorative border around the edge of the label also printed in ink and contains product composition and company information; the label on the back is also printed on in blue ink with the same red decorative border and contains directions for use; there is a red paper seal stuck to the neck of the bottle; bottle is stoppered with a brown cork
