Hazel Bentley Pritchard is a graduate of the Ontario Hospital School of Nursing, Class of 1968.
Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Services is located in Whitby, Ontario. The hospital was founded in 1919. The OSC still operates today as a mental health facility (2013). The hospital was the site on treed farmland by the shores of Lake Ontario provided patients fresh air, sunshine, space to walk and an opportunity to heal. The hospital provides a range of specialized assessment and treatment services for those living with complex and serious mental illnesses.
