Hard cover narcotics ledger (a) in burgundy facric with gold text on cover includes inside the full report for "The Opium and Narcotic Drug Act (Dominion)" with charts of sales and purchases; charts are handwritten with duplicate on the next page created by using a sheet of carbon copy paper between the pages; not all the charts are used; addresses of purchasers are in the Prince Edward County area such as Picton, Wellington; periodically the ledger was inspected by the R.C.M.P. (Royal Canadian Mounted Police); some data is written in pen and the majority in pencil; separate notices (b-d) on cream paper with black text.

Provenance
Originally the property of Teasels Drug Store in Wellington, Ontario. When it closed, numerous archival items were sent to the County of Prince Edward Public Library and Archives in teh same town. These items were transferred to the Museum as a more appropriate owner.
