Brochure printed in black and red ink on cream coloured paper stapled together; there are fifteen pages of content not including the title/front page and back page; the title is positioned at the top of the front page; below the title is a red symbol in a shape resembling a cross, but with two horizontal lines intersecting with one vertical line; below the symbol is an image of a forest with the trees and ground covered in snow; below the image states the purpose of the Mountain Sanatorium, when it was established, and by whom; the first page inside the brochure is a table of contents, which indicates the page numbers for chapters relating to the Mountain Sanatorium, particularly the Sanatorium during the year of 1946; on the back of the brochure there is information on how to become a member of the Hamilton Health Association including cost and a membership application.
