Brown cardboard laboratory test mailer for pathology slides; two covers bound together at the spine and it looks as though it was one piece of cardboard that was folded in on itself; inside there are two rectangular indents to hold two slides; the front cover contains the information needed to understand what the cardboard is for, who it was distributed by, and the size of the micro slides that it can fit; the back cover has a blank space for the postage stamp to be placed on and a small section to write the address to send the slides to.
