Cylindrical transparent glass jar (a) containing five sealed curved Curity Dermal Suture Packets (c-g) with removable cream metal screw cap (b); square white suture packets; bottom has a ring base; straight cylindrical side walls, round shoulders, and cylindrical finish with external continuous thread; mold lines on sides from bottom to top and around base; rectangular tan paper label with product information and directions attached around almost touching edges; cap has flat top with ring indent, vertical indents on sides, rolled bottom edge, and internal continuous thread; lot number noted in perforated holes.

The logo on the bottom of the jar indicates the jar was manufactured by Ball Brothers Glass Mfg. Co., which used this version of the cursive “Ball” logo from 1933 to 1960.
