Small rectangular blue cardboard box (a) which opens on both ends and has a perforated flap along one of the long sides; under the flap is a space with dotted lines for presecription directions to be written on, and on top of the flap on a cream paper background the product information is printed in dark blue ink; inside the box is a blue metal tube which is flat at the very bottom but broadens as it nears the black plastic cap; on the tube just below the cap there is a cream paper with the product information printed on it in dark blue ink.
