Box and 10 vials were very dirty and dusty (especially the box); the penicillin in the vials is in the form of light orange-yellow crystals at the bottom of the vial; these crystals have clumped and solidified at the bottom of the vial; all of the seals on the vials as well as the bottles and labels themselves are intact.
