Inter Med Bear humidifier, which consists of a square base on four short cylindrical plastic legs; the front of the humidifier has four lights at the left side: red to indicate "inoperative", yellow to indicate "add water", green to indicate "normal" and clear to indicate "wait"; the left side of the front has a knob which controls water temperature in increments from "off" to 9; the top has an open and lock mechanism to attach another part; the back right of the base has an attached electrical cord; the right side of the humidifier has an attached paper maintenance label.
