Forane (R) (Isoflurane) vaporizer Model 100F, which consists of a cylindrical metal instrument with a round volume control dial on the top; the front of the vaporizer has a rectangular-shaped drain and stopper, with four adjustable valves (at the top, bottom, and two on the side); to the left of the valves is a glass-fronted small, round window which indicates when the vaporizer is full; to the right of the valves is a glass-fronted small round window which indicates when the vaporizer needs to be refilled; the bottom of the vaporizer has four inset circular holes; the back of the vaporizer has a metal piece coming out of it which allows the vaporizer to be attached to an anaesthesia machine; below this are three rubber-lined wire plug-ins; the right side of the vaporizer has an attached paper preventive maintenance label.
