The manufacturer's label reads, "MIE // EVERSEAL // NEOPRENE COATED // ANTI-STATIC // REGISTERED DES. // MADE IN ENGLAND"; the mount has raised lettering which reads, "MEDICAL & INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT // LONDON ENGLAND"; the top of the outside body has the number "1" stamped on it

The mask arrived dirty and dusty; the mount is complete and undamaged and still flexible; the neoprene-coated body is also complete and undamaged and is still flexible; #2 marking at lower outer edge--stuck to glass shelf while on display
