McKesson ether vaporizer, model 965; (a) the vaporizer consists of a round piece of painted metal with a dial at the top, a threaded, 6-sided piece at the back which allows the vaporizer to be attached to an anesthesia machine, and a hollow cylindrical attachment at the front which allows the attachment of a breathing hose to the patient; the side of the vaporizer has a funnel-shaped fill nozzle with (b) a cylindrical threaded stopper made of metal with a leather seal; the base of the vaporizer is threaded to allow the attachment of a glass jar (now missing).
